Yoga teacher Kim Beaver will lead three hatha-flow classes over the weekend. These classes will be held in the communal area, and be suitable for all levels and ages. Activities will be based on participants’ needs and experience.
Kim Beaver is the owner of YogaWest Natural Therapies Centre in Parramatta. She primarily teaches an eclectic blend of hatha yoga, a flowing sequence with awareness to optimise well being. Kim has been a yoga practitioner since attending a retreat at age 18 with Swami Sarasvati. She has studied with Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Christina Brown of Lifesource Yoga, and currently studies with the Mark Breadner and team at Yoga Coach.
