Location
Working mainly on private land (a labour exchange system) in Foxground and surrounding areas.

History
The group was established in 2001 and has been successful in obtaining funding for a range of environmental projects. Each month (weather permitting), the team carries out on-ground works on a different property and about twice a year on the roadside verges in Foxground. The workload is now shared amongst eight properties and the team carries out all sorts of tasks ranging from weed removal, to farm infrastructure maintenance, to tree planting and creek restoration works.

One of the most important parts of each Landcare day is the BANQUET we share at lunchtime.

Worst Weed
Madeira Vine and Cape Ivy.

Where to find the group

We move around properties in the Foxground area, and aim to meet at 9am on the second Saturday of the month.
