Two new Landcare groups to launch in Kiama region in early 2026.

The Future Proofing the Cabbage Tree Palm project is reconnecting remnant vegetation across the region.

Landcare Illawarra is seeking an experienced bush regeneration contractor to provide technical support over a six-month period for two new Landcare groups.

Nature lovers of all ages came along to the Servo, Port Kembla for an unforgettable celebration of the unique plants and animals of the Illawarra as part of Biodiversity Month 2025.

Landcare Illawarra supports a network of small local nurseries growing local plant species from seed collected in the Illawarra. These plants are used for Landcare revegetation projects but are also available to support other non-landcare projects.

September is National Biodiversity Month, and great time make a seed bomb or ball for your garden.
