History
The group has been coming together for over 20 years working on the subtropical rainforest of the Ben Ricketts Environment Preserve. They are now extending the bush regeneration work at Ben Ricketts to neighboring properties.
Work plan
Working under the escarpment on the rainforest covered slopes of Jamberoo Mountain, we enable natural regeneration of the Illawarra Lowland Subtropical Rainforest and South Coast Warm Temperate -Subtropical Rainforest. We focus on weed management and not planting. We welcome local residents who want to get involved in our work, and can bring the group to local priavte properties along Jamberoo Mountain Rd.
