Integral Energy Park at Stream Hill (formerly West Dapto) is home to a beautiful remnant of the endangered Illawarra Lowlands Grassy Woodland.

Join Landcare Illawarra at a fun-filled day connecting with nature at the 2026 Stream Hill Community Day!

This free, family-friendly event is packed with hands-on activities and outdoor adventures for all ages. Kids can enjoy nature free‑play with the Junkyard Rascals, get messy making seed bombs, create vibrant boomerang art, and discover the world of native bees and other fascinating insects.

There’s plenty for adults and families to enjoy together too! Take part in guided nature walks exploring plants, birdlife and the nearby Stream Hill Landcare site. Our wonderful Stream Hill Landcare members will there with a stall. Stop by for a chat, find out about their plans, and make a seed bomb to take home.

Join a weaving workshop with Gumaara, roll up your sleeves at the community planting session, and browse beautiful locally grown species at the Native Plants Sale run by Greenplan.

And of course — don’t miss the free sausage sizzle at 12pm!

Save the date and bring your friends, family and neighbours to celebrate nature.
